Orders & Photo Uploads
How do I upload photos for my custom magnet pack?
Upload your photos directly on our product page before adding your pack to the cart. Our live cropping tool lets you center and preview each image. If you experience any issues, simply complete checkout and email your photos directly to dearmemoriesllc2@gmail.com with your order number.
What photo quality or image formats work best?
Standard smartphone photos, Instagram uploads, and digital camera shots work beautifully. We support JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files. For optimal clarity, choose well-lit photos with clear focus and minimal shadow compression.
Can I change or replace photos after ordering?
Because custom printing begins shortly after checkout, photo adjustments must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Reach out to our support team right away with your order number and replacement files.
Are my uploaded images kept private and secure?
Absolutely. Your personal photos are used strictly to print your handcrafted magnets. We never share, sell, or display your private family memories without your explicit permission.

Are Dear Memories magnet sets gift-ready?
Yes! Every pack is individually wrapped in our signature eco-friendly gift packaging. We never include invoice prices inside physical shipments, making them ideal to send directly to friends, family, or partners.
What materials are used to handcraft the magnets?
We use high-definition archival photographic paper, heavy-duty protective gloss finishes, and full magnetic backing to ensure your magnets stay vibrant, scratch-resistant, and firmly attached to refrigerators or metal boards.
Do you offer volume pricing for weddings or corporate events?
Yes, we provide tiered pricing discounts for orders over 25 packs. Visit our Bulk Orders page or contact us to receive a custom quote for save-the-dates, party favours, or company branding gifts.
Shipping & Service
How long does production and shipping take?
Each order is hand-pressed in our USA studio. Studio production takes 1–3 business days. Standard USA delivery takes 3–5 business days with full tracking sent to your email.
Do you offer international shipping or rush delivery?
We ship across the USA. Rush production and expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout for urgent gifts or upcoming events.
What is your quality guarantee or replacement policy?
Your memories matter to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will immediately reprint and reship your set free of charge.
